Eva Airlines Cancellation Policy 

Have you made a reservation with EVA Air to visit your preferred location? Then you take the right steps. Eva's Airlines cancellation policy allows you to cancel your flight and receive a reimbursement. If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking, you will not be charged an Eva Air cancellation fee.

 If you buy a flight ticket to or from the United States and want to cancel within one day after booking. Eva Airlines will refund you without deducting any cancellation fees. According to the cancellation policy, only refundable ticket holders are eligible for a full refund. Whereas Non-refundable ticket holders will have to pay cancellation charges.  

How can I cancel my EVA Airlines flight ticket?

With Eva Airlines, you may cancel your reservation trouble-free. Just follow the instructions below to cancel your flight online.    

  • You will have to visit Eva Airline's official website.  
  • Now, redirect to the "Manage My Trip" tab, which is available at the top of Eva Airlines homepage.
  • Fill out your last name and Eva Airlines booking number in the designated column. Then, click the log-in button.
  • After you've finished entering your login information, click the "view my reservation," option, and all of the booked flights will appear on your screen.
  • After that, select the flight under the "View My Reservation" tab. 
  • Follow the upcoming screen prompts and click the "Flight Cancel" button.    
  • If your Eva Airlines ticket does not match the free cancellation restrictions, you will be charged a flight cancellation fee.

What is Eva Air's No-Show Policy?

According to Eva Air's No-Show policy, if you are unable to cancel your Eva Air ticket prior to departure, the airline may cancel it, and you will be unable to travel. Eva Air will forfeit your booking amount and it is not refundable. If you are unable to arrive at the check-in counter before your flight departure and your reservation number is between 525 and 695, you will be charged a no-show fee based on your reservation.

Eva Air refund Policy

Eva Air provides a refund when the ticket is cancelled due to Eva Air reasons. The type of ticket you purchased determines your eligibility for a full refund.

However, you may obtain a full reimbursement if you meet the reimbursement requirements. You are entitled to a refund if you make your reservation with Eva Air source, such as at the airport, contacting the airline executive or over the phone.        

About the Eva Air refund policy 

  • To obtain a refund, your flight must be operated by the "Eva Air". 
  • As per the Eva Air refund policy, the refund process may take 7-20 days.  
  • However, if you bought your ticket online, you will be reimbursed within seven days.
  • The airline will only transfer the refund to the passenger's account.   
  • Your refund will be credited in the same currency as you used when making your reservation.
  • You must complete the refund form after the flight cancellation.   
  • Under some conditions, the airline may provide you with coupons/vouchers in return instead of a cash refund.     
  • The airline gives you only two days after the ticket cancellation to send the refund request.
